Thank you for choosing us. Our Ansitz Waldner is a farm vacation, idyllically surrounded by agriculture with fruit and wine growing, as well as our own rose cultivation with over 700 bushes. Here you have the option of staying in comfortable double rooms, mini-apartments or a larger vacation apartment. There is something for everyone and every taste.
We, the Waldner family, have been running our ****S Romantik Hotel Oberwirt with great passion for 12 generations, just 5 minutes from Ansitz Waldner. We have a strong connection to agriculture. In addition to our vineyard and Avignonesi farm in the Vinschgau, we are pleased to welcome and host guests in our recently renovated historic house and farmhouse.

The Ansitz Waldner is situated in the Marlinger valley floor. You spend the night away from the road, surrounded by our apple orchards. Nevertheless, you can reach the center of Marling or Meran in just a few minutes by car. There is a bus stop with several lines right in front of the residence and the nearest train station is also within walking distance. The MeranCard, which allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge, is particularly useful.
There is also a large, private parking lot on site.
